Welcome to LatchiBoatHire.cy (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of boat rentals operated by Rafaellos Boat Hire (RAFAELOS XENOFONTOS ) via our platform.
By accessing or using this website and placing a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
Boat rentals are available for durations of 1, 2, 4, or 6 hours.
All bookings must be made through our website with full payment at the time of reservation.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Rental Conditions
Boats must be returned in the same condition as they were at the time of pickup.
You are responsible for the care, handling, and return of the boat.
Any damage, loss, or uncleanliness beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
4. User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a boat.
You agree to follow all local maritime laws, safety regulations, and instructions provided by Rafaellos Boat Hire staff.
You accept full responsibility for the safety of all passengers on board during the rental period.
5. Weather and Safety
In the event of adverse weather conditions, Rafaellos Boat Hire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund or alternative time will be offered.
6. Limitation of Liability
LatchiBoatHire.cy acts solely as a booking platform. Boat rentals and operations are the responsibility of Rafaellos Boat Hire ( RAFAELOS XENOFONTOS)
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage incurred during your boat rental.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
